I believe food is the medicine and that being said, I’m not a doctor, I’m just sharing my knowledge to you of the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. MY STORY
Growing up, I always ate healthy and believed I was living a healthy lifestyle, but I didn’t really know what true health was. I believed it was eating low calorie and low fat foods, but I never really considered the nutrient value of my food.
It wasn’t until I read the book “How Not to Die,” by Dr. Michael Greger, where my mindset shifted and I re-evaluated my understanding of what “healthy” food was. After reading his book and my further research, I have become fascinated by the benefits of a plant based lifestyle. As an incredibly passionate individual, I felt that it was my obligation to share with you the benefits of a plant based lifestyle. It has truly transformed my mind, body, and life for the better. Through this lifestyle transformation, I have been able to experience freedom of my food choices and I have never felt better.
It’s essential to remember that what you consume daily is not diet, it’s a lifestyle. Not just what you consume through eating, but what you consume mentally and your surroundings. I believe that if you eat a well-rounded plant based diet, have an organized environment, surround yourself with the right people, and are spiritually fulfilled, you will achieve your greatest dreams. It’s not just about the food, it’s about all areas of your life that go into effect on your body.
